Our brand specializes in curating a wide range of jewellery which look elaborate but are yet price conscious. Yes, we do have an engraving option for certain items. Depending on the items we can engrave upto a certain number of characters. We limit our engraving to about 2-3 characters per piece.

Online : We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure online payment gateway. We also accept payments via NEFT/RTGS bank transfers.
Cash On Delivery : Our cash on delivery service is available for only select pin codes / area’s and for transactions up to Rs. 50,000. Please note, Cash On delivery is not applicable for customized jewellery orders.

Yes we do offer Cash On Delivery for products up to Rs. 50,000. Our Cash On Delivery Service is applicable for specific Pin Code locations. You may hand over the cash to the courier person upon delivery.

Yes you can ! Any cancellation or modification of order can be done by emailing us on info@karatone.com or via our whatsapp link. However, orders where production has already started or have already been shipped, cannot be cancelled. We also do not provide cancellation for any customized order pieces.
